I was at the gorgeous Selby Gardens in Sarasota and took a few images of their orchids. I decided to make a couple of them in to a piece of digital art. I mixed up several photoshop filters to make it happen.

I knew when I was photographing the huge thistle with the giant spiky blooms they were going to work out with Fractalius. Here are two of may favorites. I put the originals (no fractalius versions) in my gallery…HERE.
I was in California last week and there were zillions of wildflowers in a riot of colors. I liked the way this landscape of flowers looked and so here it is as a painting. You can see the original and all of the rest of my flowers from that trip at my site….HERE.
I have been re-organizing all of my images on to a single DROBO hard drive. Very nice piece of equipment. While I was going through the images, I found this cactus that was in bloom and thought it would make a nice bit of artwork. What do you think?
