And occasionally, OK more often than I like to admit I take a picture that is entirely too soft as in not in focus for me to use as a photograph. Well photoshop then comes to the rescue and I can salvage an image from what was certainly an image going in the trash bin.

Here is a before and after of a very cute Least Sandpiper preening. As you can see in the picture on the left it is out of focus and so I rebuilt it as a unique piece of “digital art”.
